I was looking to purchase a Forerunner 305 for a birthday gift from PilothouseMarine
Model number: 01-000467-00 GARMIN FORERUNNER 305 GPS $265.00
I sent an email and they returned it and said that they have it in their warehouse stock.
I called and spoke with a guy named John
And told him that I needed the item for May 25th, 2006 as it is a birthday gift for the 27th May 2006
He ensured me that it would arrive in time for the birthday.
So I ordered the item on May 17th, 2006
I called back to ask for a tracking number for the item with US POST
As I have ordered from other companies on the Internet and they all provide a tracking number.

I have been calling daily and sending e-mails daily since May 18th, 2006 and I have not had any calls back or return e-mails.
Is a SCAMER site as when I call now all I get is an answering machine.
I have left a message daily and do not get any return calls at all.
I am warning any one else who is looking to buy from this company.
As the service is the worst that I have ever received from any Internet company!!!!

"I began working with this company by sending a inquiry asking if they had a certain product in stock. I was pleasantly surprised when an hour later, I received word that the item was in stock.
I immediately purchased the item through the web site and did receive an order confirmation from the site. Once I made the purchase, the web site asks you to send an email to the company asking to arrange for payment so I sent a message asking how payment with credit card would work and if it would be best to discuss over the phone.
After that, I did not hear from the company. I sent a few more requests asking for status and how I could pay for the items but did not get any replies whatsoever, even using the method that generated the initial replies. I was impressed with the speed of the response but after I purchased the item, all communication was broken.
I eventually purchased the product through another retailer. I've never heard what happened to my order and no one from the company has contacted me. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
