"I ordered from this company at the first of May for some items for my son's 1st birthday. After 3 weeks of my order status saying "On Order" I contacted the company to find out why I have not received it. Without any reply, they cancelled my order. I then contacted again to ask why my order was cancelled when I only asked about when I'd be receiving it. Still no response. I decided to try it again, which was a huge mistake. I place the same order again on June 4th, but I made sure to contact them every other day to make sure my order was in fact being worked on.........I still received no response from the company. So finally June 13th, I asked for my money back. Only then did I receive a response. They cancelled my order and told me they can't refund me because I never paid. Now I noticed there is no way to place an order without submitting your payment info, so how did I not pay? I sent them the confirmation email and proof from Paypal. Then they tried to blame it on paypal saying they flagged me for fraud so my payment never went through. Paypal took the money directly from my checking account to pay this company. There is no way it was fraudulent. I informed the company that the status of the payment on paypal says "Unclaimed", so they need to deny the payment so I can get my money back. These morons tried to tell me that it says unclaimed because I was flagged by paypal as fraud. So I contacted paypal, which told me themselves that the company hasn't accepted their payment, and they would be contacting them as well, and not only was I never "flagged" but I am in good standings with paypal. I even sent a screenshot to the company of paypal's website where they define the meaning of "unclaimed" showing that it was because the seller hasn't accepted the payment. They made a statement about my "little $18 order" as if it wasn't a big deal for me to complain about, but it is the principle that they are stealing my hard earn money and depriving my son's party of items I had wanted. Unlike those thieves, I have a real job and I don't support myself and my son by stealing from others, so my $18 is important because it doesn't belong to those crooks. And now when I contact the company, they are sending back "en serio" which means "are you serious" in Spanish. They are crooks. They are scams. And they are a crappy excuse for a business. Paypal has assured me that I will be receiving my money within 30 days from the purchase date, because they will be retracting the payment from the company."

"I received my order in 3 days but it was the wrong order, they sent me someone else's invites. I contacted them and I got an update that my correct order was shipped. 5 days later I still hadn't received it. I contacted them again. My order had never been shipped even though they said it was. I finally got it a few days later. Good prices and cute designs but too stressful to be wondering if my invitations will arrive in time to send to my party guests."

"What absolutely terrible service. This is the first time I have ever been completely scammed on the internet. Now...maybe it wasn't thier intent to scam me but I paid for a product that never arrived. They say it was delivered by USPS but they can't prove it was and I certainly never received it. I e-mailed their customer service department 5-10 times and they were certainly not looking for this customer's satisfaction. Unfriendly and unwilling to try to make amends. All I can do is warn others. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!"

"Dont EVER I MEAN EVER order from this company. Please I ordered 10 invitstion and only received 9. I tried to email them about my issue. The lady mariah are whoever her name is told me in all other words that I was lying about my order and why am I making a big fuss over 1 invite. I am so upset, I still havent recieved my invite. "

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT ORDER FROM PIKORETTAS.COM!!! I placed an order back on July 20th. The next morning, they notified me that the status of my order was "shipped" and that it would be arriving in 2-3 days. However...I had to wait until Aug.4th for my baby shower invitations and favors to actually arrive. You can imagine how furious and stressed I was at 6 1/2 months pregnant between having to constantly check for the order to arrive and constantly trying to contact this shady company. The first red flag I should have noticed was the fact that they don't have a phone number or even a legit address. The only way to get in touch with them is through email. I can't even count the number of emails I've sent them over the past couple weeks asking them to explain why my order was so ridiculously late. They tried telling me that the postal service had lost my package and I had to wait until they located it. In reality, the postal service explained that even though Pikorettas printed a shipping label on 7/21, my package never actually entered the postal system! After numerous emails, they finally sent me a follow up email on Aug. 3rd saying that my order had shipped on Aug. 1st. I guess they were just a LITTLE off..huh? Had I known is was going to take this long for receive my order, I would have NEVER ordered from them in the first place. As soon as I received my order yesterday, we had to RUSH to get my invitations out since my baby shower is now less than a month away. I believe it's proper etiquette to give your guests about 6 weeks notice, so I am very upset about not giving people the adequate notice they deserve. Did I mention that I actually could have made these invitations myself on my home computer? They were much smaller than they appeared to be online, and the envelopes were so thin you could see right through them. Poor quality product and poor customer service=horrible company. Please take it from me and DO NOT give this company your business. "

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I placed an order of 37 invites and thank you cards and two sheets of address labels. One sheet of labels was fine the other had Elmo's eyes on one label and his face on another. I noticed this because the first three labels looked as though the printer had run out of ink. The thank you cards have Elmo and Abby on them and the characters are out of focus. I sent them email immediately after receiving my order. I did not receive a response. I sent out the same email to all the three different emails they wrote to me from and no response. This morning when I wrote again and said I would badmouth them online and contact my bank, they responded saying "Regarding your thank you notes only if you found an error on your personalized information we are able to investigate" so I am screwed because the characters are out of focus and the only thing they printed on it was my son's name and that is fine.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I would have read these reviews before using them.
PS When you place an order for proof they email you immediately even on weekends, but they never once responded to the 9 emails I sent them until today.
HORRIBLE customer service.

"Pikorettas is a total scam. We placed our order for our daughter's 1st birthday invitations, favor cards, and address labels on Jan 9 2010. Finally on Feb 3, we received our order. To our dismay, the invitations and favor cards were misprinted even though the proofs that we approved were correct. Also the address labels looked as though someone's dog used them for a chew toy.
We tried twice to contact Pikoretta's to no avail. We sent images of the proofs along with a scan of the items we received showing the errors that had been made. Still no response from Pikorettas.
We contacted Paypal to try to recover the $42 that we paid to Pikoretta's. Unfortunately, Paypal is almost in the same category of scum as the people at Pikorettas. Since Pikorettas was able to show that the items were delivered, we lose our money. Pikorettas knows that as long as they can show it was delivered, they are home free with your payment. Don't believe me? Read down a few posts and you'll see the same thing about having proof of delivery mentioned again.

"This lady sent me some invitations and they were bad quality and to top it off they were dirty and smelly... I was so grossed out that I did not even bother contacting them back GROSS they smelled like sewer water... UGH Please stay away from this seller,"

"Pikoretta's induces you to order time sensitive items such as party invitations by promising -- on their website and in pre-order emails -- quick turnaround time and speedy delivery. In reality, my experience was very different. After getting speedy responses to my initial inquiries, promising speedy delivery, I placed an order. The order did not come on the date promised. I began to contact them -- only email, as they have no phone number or physical address listed, and all my emails went unanswered. Finally, I filed a dispute with paypal because I had already been charged. Still, nothing, except a completely false message it posted with Paypal. Then, after I escalated the dispute to a claim, they sent the invitations -- way too late to be of any use for me, but a very convenient way of permitting them to keep my money and prevent paypal (which only looks at whether the item was received by buyer) from ruling against them. In short, stay away from this seller! They are a fraud!!!!"

"At first Pikorettas was an ideal vendor. Quick reponses, quick turnaround. The first draft of the invites had the wrong date (I had supplied a Word doc that had the incorrect event date). I asked for a revised draft to submit final approval. I received the revised draft and the event date was correct, so I approved. The final printed invites had the incorrect date from the first proof, which I did not approve. I voiced my complaint and Pikoretta's response was that I approved whatever I had received (wrong) and to return the invites to get new ones. This is a not a viable solution as most of the incorrect invites have been mailed out already. I asked Pikorettas to propose alternate solutions as they do not refund money on personalized items (apparently even when the mistake is on their end). No more responses from them, no acknowledgment of the error either. I guess they do not appreciate my business. I was actually trying to be respectful and hold my online reviews/ratings on this vendor until they came up with a solution. If we had been able to work it out, I still would have given them a positive rating. "
