Some months ago I bought a Treo 650 case manufactured by them (but purchased through Palm). I was impressed enough with the quality of the Treo case that I decided to purchase an iPod one from Piel Frama, but had a problem; the iPod model was new enough that no US distributors had the case yet.
I was very hesitant about buying internationally because I wanted it quickly and because I thought shipping on the case would be expensive. Given the circumstances though I didn't have a lot of options.
Shippng was included in the price of the item listed online, which eliminated the cost issue. The shipment arrived after only 3 or 4 days (particularly fast given they emailed me and said to expect a small delay in processing my order because the product was new and in the final stages of development).
I couldnt have been more pleased with the processing of my order.
Later, after a minor issue with the belt clip I emailed them inquiring if I could buy quite a few replacements at a discounted price. They responed by sending me out 3 replacement clips (and took care of shipping on the replacements), without even being asked to do so. Again, I couldnt be happier with the manner in which they resolved my issue.
I would not hesitate to do business with Piel Frama again."
