"This is definitely a scam. I was charged $120 for delivery in Norway. The following day I got an email saying they are trying to reach me as there is an issue with the delivery address (I've sent many things to the address) and no one had called me or the person I was sending the flowers to.
They then give you various numbers in different countries to call and give details of the delivery but none of the numbers actually exist. You then try and get hold of anyone online and no one will speak to you. TOTAL SCAM AND STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM."

Delivery has not been completed, all questions are answered with templates: they have problems, they have updates, give 24-48 hours and we will refund your money ... They will not return anything! The money was returned only through the bank through which I made the payment - a refund. Do not trust the scammers and do not waste your time, nerves and money !!!"

"Ordered flowers for my mom last week and it was made in advance but they still delivered late. Not only that, the flowers were sub standard and the vase was just filled with fillers and leaves. Not what you'd get for the price you paid for. Tried to escalate it to their customer service which was of no help at all and just got a response with that it was in their rights because it was written in their substitution policy. This is a rip-off company. "

"I ordered a dozen red roses in a box for my wife in the Philippines but nothing was delivered. Been contacting their phone numbers given but none of it is working. Sent emails to customer service for 3 days and not a single reply was received. Been trying to asked to give me an updates for 3 days via their live chats but no one gave me a definite answer and date when will it be delivered and chats keeps disconnecting and have to restart and explain again to different people in the chats. I ended up very frustrated and disappointed and I gave up already. In the end the flowers I ordered and already paid for was not delivered at all. This is definitely a scam and have already reported this to my bank and hopefully they can do something about it. "

Maybe the bad reviews are about other countries? They even called me back to make sure I was satisfied and that it got there on time. I have used this service before for one flower delivery in Zagreb, and eventually they delivered, but after the closing hours of that company, although the order was placed the day before. As there was nobody available at that late hour in the company, they called the receiver and she agreed to leave her flowers in a bar next door. The next day she recovered from there. Because eventually the delivery was made, I was hoping the site is genuine, so after two months I ordered again, delivery at the same company. This time they called me (an indian accent lady was on the phone) and asked me to confirm the delivery by sending them copies of my IDs and credit card copy. Immediately this sounded like a scam so I told her I'm not sending this as I have never been requested this for an online order. I decided to contact the website customer service, as this phone call was really strange and I couldn't trust. Then the customer service chat, a guy replied that they need those copies requested on the phone, although I was already charged, as the payment was already made. Then while I was investigating them, I couldn't find any address on their website, or real information of this company. It seems this is a "ghost" company. On my bank account it shows that the payment of 84.96 Euros went somewhere in US, 19808, Wilmington. The bad thing is I cannot cancel this transaction from my online account, I'll have to contact the bank by phone.

Please don't order on this website, don't do the same mistake as me and all the others, always investigate the company first, real address, real phones, etc."

"My experience was not good. After receiving payment from my bank someone from the company called me at home and asked me to send pictures of my drivers license, passport, account number, etc. so they “could verify my identity.”
I told them it must be too hot in India and they have lost their minds.

"This company has been reported to their host site GoDaddy.com, GoDaddy are allowing this company to continue ripping off anyone who has the misfortune of ordering from them.

If anyone who has had a bad experience could please take a few minutes to also make a report, I am sure GoDaddy.com will not want to be a part of this company's fraudulent activities.

GoDaddy will want to uphold their reputation and by continuing to allow pickupflowers.com to use their service to scam people they are legitimising their actions.

The images show what should have been delivered, then what actually was. It was POSTED in a box!!! 2 days late and inferior cheaper items that what was bought.

I was charged $45 for this NEVER given a refund or replacement. They are just thieves.
