"I've bought a table from PickRice and after a long time I received it already broken. After a long conversation I decided to send it back to China and I've paid about 80.00 New Zealand dollar for the shipping. For some reason they refused to receive the product there (as was reported by DHL) and they refuse to refund my money.

After almost 6 months I'm still trying to get my money back.

Totally disappointed."
