I have had the displeasure of buying a piano bench from pianobench.com and not only did the bench not arrive when they said it would, they are also impossible to contact. I have been calling their phone number all day and sending numerous emails and have yet to receive any replies. Pianobench.com is a scam, so save yourself the trouble and order from a reputable dealer or buy locally. "

"I ordered a piano cover from this online company. That was back in March. It is now June and I still don't have what I paid for. After sending me a substandard product - a piano cover that didn't come close to fitting my piano - I've been given the massive run around by these folks. I sent my piano cover back to them because they said they would fix it. After weeks with no communication, I called and asked where my piano cover was and they told me the address on their website was incorrect and that they didn't know where my piano cover was. They said they were going to go to the address where I'd sent the cover to see if its there. That has been several days ago and I never heard back. Its been 3 months since I bought this piano cover and there still hasn't been a resolution. Nobody on their end is trying to resolve this. I have to be the one who calls them everytime to find out the status. Beware of this supposed online business."
