"I had been using Phytoextractum for quite some time and suffered the last straw today.
I've had many issues in the past with Phyto. The wrong product being sent. Late deliveries even though the tracking information showed "delivered" then changed to undelivered. Lost deliveries. These were rectified eventually, but after I jumped through hoops with providing batch info, ring and SimpliSafe video and tons of other documentation.
Then I started having issues with payments and tender types during my purchases. They initially offered Credit/Debit card payments, but that was taken away after website issues/programming on their end.
Then Zelle was taken off the table, for what I assume is MORE website programming issues. Which only leaves online checks, Bitcoin and "Cash on Delivery". In this day and age? Sad.
I try and use ACH. NOPE! Apparently the account I've been using for years is now "Glitched" causing it to be completely unusable in more ways than one. I contacted their "customer service" who said, in their words, "Your account has been affected by a backend glitch that zeros out critical information for making orders and retaining information. I've forwarded this issue to our developer in the past and he's still trying to locate the source issue, to no avail".
The only way to make another purchase? Sign up for a completely different email address then create another account with phyto. What about my points? Purchase history? Rewards? Yeah...I don't have faith in those being transferred properly. Clearly there is a programmer/developer who needs some help.
I did some research and found more reputable vendors aside from phytoextractum. I'd suggest using New Dawn Kratom, Gold Monk or Kraken website. Cheaper, next day shipping, better customer service and clearly better website developers and programming.
