"I have been shopping online with Phytoextractum for over 3 years now and the service and quality of the products has been exceptional. I've responded many times to their survey letting them know this but what compels me to write a review here is a recent experience I had. As usual I ordered the product from them that I have used for years but they unfortunately sent me the wrong one (a very similar product, but nonetheless, not exactly what I ordered). I contacted them online letting them know this and that I was traveling on business soon and would like the 'right' product before I left. Without hesitation they apologized and jumped on filling my order and expedited it so that it arrived in time for my trip. In addition to this, they didn't make a fuss about me sending back the 'wrong' product (i.e., they let me keep it).
