"They never shipped the order, stopped responding to emails, and didn't answer the phone. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company to get my money back. Obviously, this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had shopping online."

"I have still not recieved my order. I have contacted them several times through email and telephone and have still not heard anything. No one ever answers their phone, you are instructed to leave a voice mail and ensured that someone will get back to you. Hmmmm...hasn't happened yet. "
