"I've bought a dozen phone cards from this company. They were all the same card that worked relatively well and had a decent per minute cost to Albania. The last card, a different card with no connection fee, I bought however has not worked a single time. I contacted the customer service department via email and they told me to wait 24-48 hours since they had contacted the manufacturer with the problem (apparently that was the timeframe they got from the manufacturer). After 3-4 days I emailed them again and asked that they cancel my card and issue a different one (the one I always used). No response. I wrote again and demanded my money back or a different card. No response. Then I told them that I won't ever do business with them again and will let everyone know how they operate.

"I used to have high regards for phone cards from this reseller but it seems that lately the phone cards have gone straight down in quality. I'm calling to Malaysia and the situation may not apply to everyone but it is very annoying to have your call cut off when in the past it's perfect. They have prompt delivery of the pin number but IMO service is not everything to rate a seller. They should also be resposible for the merchandise that they sell."
"i've been a customer of this site for (i guess) more than a year now and i must say that i'm very satisfied. they deliver the phonecard's PIN instantly (via e-mail)! i get the PIN just a couple of seconds after i place my order. they also show the rating of the phonecards they sell (the phonecards are rated by the customers) and i find the rating pretty accurate.
btw, make sure you have a spare telephone line (if you're using dial-up) when you FIRST set-up your account because they wouldn't send you the phonecard's PIN if they can't confirm your identity. however, after you've registered with them ordering additional phonecards is a breeze. i definitely recommend this site."
