"This so-called customer service of this 'company' is the worst I've had in many years. If you are not interested in reading the rest of my review, avoid this shady company at all costs! I have gone through 2 different personnel from them and both of them were extremely unprofessional, egocentric, ignorant and uncooperative. It baffles me to no end that a company w/ business practices such as this continues to exist even today. You have been warned.

Ordered a primo power core and got a wrong item and to top it off, was required to pay 20 bucks of customs duties and taxes just to have the wrong package released. Emailed them to send the correct item and they ignored my email for more than 10 days until I filed a paypal dispute at which point they were being pressured by paypal to respond. Then they emailed me twice a day on the deadline date that they were required to respond to pp begging me to close the paypal dispute. Hilariously they said they will send the correct item and I can keep my wrong item as long as I close the pp dispute on that day! ROFL!! I replied back and lo and behold, I did not hear from them for more than 3 weeks.

Avoid this company if you do not want to go through a headache like this. Their cs is some of the worst if not the worst I have seen in years and the current business practice they run is a classic example of how not to run a company. Just as a reminder for other prospective buyers, the phone number that they put up on their website under "contact us" is not even a valid registered number.
