"The advertised phone card rates are highly misleading and not even remotely rooted in reality. A one hour conversation resulted in 12 hours of use being deducted from the card. A subsequent hour equaled 7 deducted hours. The actual rates are not competitive with seemingly more expensive cards and the fine print basically makes it impossible to know how much will be charged. Stay away!"
