"I received a year of great reseller hosting from this company, but this last month uptime and customer service has been horrible. My service has been down frequently and support does not reply when I contact them about it. After 5 days of no service, I asked paypal for a chargeback (I had paid many months in advance and wanted my money back). This company finally contacted me once I initiated the chargeback, but just to tell me that they had deleted all of my files included mysql databases that were not backed up, and that they would cease to communicate and do business with me. My hosting business is ruined."
