"What a horrible experience!!! My order was placed on 4/23/12. I was charged twice, however, in fairness, when I wrote them an e-mail it was refunded. That said, it is 5/3/12 and I still have not received my order. I have called the "Customer Service" line three times, but get their answering machine. I have left messages, but none of my calls have been returned. I have also e-mailed, but to no avail. I will not, and would not recommend this site to anyone."
