"Very happy with my purchase"
"Received my order along with another customer's order as well. Was it Philosophy's, or UPS fault? There were two boxes with my name and address on the shipping label. I opened the second box only to find things I know I did not order. However, the other customers name was on a label on the side of the box, but yet my name was on the shipping label, I immediately contacted customer service at Philosophy to let them know that I had received a customer's order along with mine. And how it played out. The customer representative apologized and asked for my email address so that she could get a supervisor to issue me a return label for the package that was not mine. I told the young lady that they should be grateful that I'm an honest individual. It was my day off and I had such a struggle with my printer at home, so I had to dig out my old printer which is only compatible with my old laptop that no longer has anti-virus protection on it to print the label. It really upset me and took a bit of my time. You think they would have sent me some kind of thank you for my honesty. I reordered the same thing a few days later because of the sale but I'm afraid I will not be ordering from Philosophy again. I live in New York, and don't want to risk things like that happening to me like it did to that customer in Washington, DC. I can imagine she was wondering where her order was."
