"pretty good site. They had a problem with recieving my orders so they had to change my shipping to standard. I wanted to order a cheerstix for a concert on 2/27 but I ended up not recieving it and got it today, on the 2nd of March. It was packed in a large cardboard envelope from USPS. It was actually shipped faster than I expected. Because the USPS gave me an email update that it was in Tennessee last night. The customer service is okay too. They tend to don't respond until 2 days though. Unless you're lucky to get them to respond within a day. The shipping price is ridiculous but overall I'm happy. The cheerstix looked nothing like the one they had pictured, it was a brighter, more prettier blue and the words were a darker blue. But mine is a lighter blue but with a similar color on the font. I wonder why they didn't give me the one like in the picture?? But I'm still happy since the item came with 2 cheerstix's. So I'm fine with it.
I have another order ready to be shipped soon too (it's a brown phily soul shirt), so I'll update on that one when it arrives. ^_^
Edit 3/6 - Ordered an T-shirt on 2/28 and requested that I get a different size but customer service ignored my email and sent me the wrong size. I'm going to return this and hopefully get the size I want. If not, I'm demanding a refund.
Edit 3/28 - Sorry for the late update. They've refunded my CC since the shirt has now sold out. That's great. "
