"My concerns: slow shipping on a hot item, and consumer-unfriendly policies. Apparently this is a storefront for Wirefly, which gets horrid ratings.

I ordered the HTC Droid Incredible on the launch date. Good price, the website claimed it was in stock, they could port my number from T-Mobile to Verizon, so it seemed like the thing to do. I paid $20 for overnight shipping. They didn't ship for 5 days. They did waive shipping charges when I phoned to inquire about the delay, but...I realized too late that I am now their prisoner for 181 days.

Luckily, I asked the right questions or they would have charged me a $300 penalty just for adding a line to my plan! I had intended to go in to Costco and convert to a family plan to add my wife. Turns out that I could only do so through their toll-free call center in India. They sent me a "free" phone for my wife on a 2-year contract. Then they upcharged me $40, saying that the Incredible was priced $40 higher on a family plan. They also charged me twice for activation, a total of $95 for 2 phones.

The website is slick and the CSRs are very nice and friendly on the phone, but don't be fooled. This outfit's fine print is gonna get ya. Stay away!!!
