Unfortunately the whole online retailing operation is very badly managed. They send out email coupons for products they can't deliver. Links on the website are frequently broken; for many products, the order page is just not available. Many products are out of stock.

They are trying to do the typical marketing tricks but, they are not competent to maintain a functional website and keep the product in stock."
