"I'm very happy I tried 3 products. Kidney support, probiotics , and BM support. My sweet, very senior, 23 YO cat is on semintra for kidney disease which causes constipation. I was very hesitant to use any herbal remedy, partly because I saw bad reviews here! I'm so glad I tried thier BM support, because Kohl went from teensy dried up balls of almost no ****, to lovely long, damp, dark BMs. He is so relieved. I then tried the probiotic mix and it helped as well. I added the kidney support last, not wanting to do too much at once. Kohl is a pretty healthy 23 yo cat, considering his recent thyroid surgery and teeth removal ( Himalayan trait) He sleeps well, is awake days, eats very well, plays, cuddles. The vet visit soon will reveal any positive changes in bloodwork for kidneys, but the other changes alone let me give 5 stars to Pet Wellbeing! They also had excellent customer service. One package arrived open, they suspect a mistake on a returned item. They immediately shipped me a new package after apologizing. "This company's products ended up killing my sweet cat, Bianca because they lied about the ingredients in their formulations & a high percentage of reviews on their website are fake. Plus, there's no way to leave a review on the pet well-being website even after you are a paying customer. This in addition to the fact that the ingredients that they list on their website do not at all match the products that they sell, tell me that all of those reviews that I read are completely fake.

My cat had a mast cell tumor that their customer service said their life gold formulation and $100 mushroom formulation and Spark product would treat very well. They have hundreds of glowing reviews from people saying that the life gold formulation in particular helped heal many cats & dogs with different types of tumors including mast cell tumors.

I was so hopeful and I placed an order of several hundred dollars buying the life gold, their $100 mushroom product and their spark formulation. I paid $50 in expedited shipping to get it the next day. When I received the order I discovered that the product that I thought I was getting in the Life gold which has a completely different formulation on their website, was not the same as what I ordered! I immediately contacted customer support to tell them that I ordered their life gold formulation with the chaga mushroom as the primary ingredient which is what is still on their website, instead I received a formulation with astragalus as the primary herb and absolutely no chaga or any other mushroom. Chaga is well known for being a very strong anti-cancer and immune-boosting mushroom and I ordered their product based on this information and the fact that it was the number one ingredient in their formulation plus they have hundreds of five star reviews from people that say this life gold formulation healed their pet and got rid of their tumor.

Their customer support person said, oh yeah, that's our old formulation and we just changed it recently and we just changed the info & image on our website to reflect the new formulation, which is totally bogus because it has now been 3 weeks and they still have not changed the formulation on the website to show the product they are now selling with astragalus. They tried to tell me the new formulation will do exactly the same thing as the old formula which is ludicrous because astragalus and chaga mushroom have absolutely nothing in common with regards to their anti-cancer and immune-boosting properties.

I was desperate to start treatment for my cat so I wasted 2 weeks feeding this lifegold formulation to my cat hoping it would still help & it actually made her worse.
The mushroom gold formulation was less noxious to her, although the first time I gave it to her she choked up so much phlegm pouring out of her mouth! it didn't help either. The Spark formulation she had a very strong allergic reaction to & when I contacted customer support they said there are so many things in the formulation, she's probably allergic to one of them. I also find it interesting that on the spark formulation there are no ingredients listed so you have absolutely no idea what you are feeding your pet.

My cat died because I trusted this company and the reviews that are clearly fake on their website promoting old formulations that they no longer sell. I would have found another source for chaga mushroom and I could have probably saved her life since she was still at a point when she could have been saved when I got their products.

Do not order from this company. I am sending all the products back and they have not responded to my multiple requests to refund my $50 in expedited shipping fees as well because of their false advertising. They just ignore that on the chat window and nobody responds to that and after 3 times, they turned off my ability to use their chat.

If you love your pet, do some research on chaga mushroom, turkey tail mushroom which is also very good for stopping cancer growth in pets and humans & has been well researched, reishi & maitake & start feeding those to your pet as soon as you can.

But whatever you do do not buy products from this company. Look for a company that only sells mushroom products and has a very good reputation. And don't buy products from companies that have Affiliates & promote their products through affiliate marketing because that is a very clear sign that they had substandard products as well. I wish I had found this review site before ordering. I only found the reviews on the pet well-being website & I believed that those were valid and legitimate. They are not. Don't believe them and don't believe the marketing on the petwellbeing website.

Spend your money elsewhere to save your pet's life. I hope this helps someone else save their pet by not wasting very precious time using the petwellbeing products, hoping that the reviews that you read all over their website are legitimate & that your pet will also be saved."

Product didn't work for my dog so 40 days later I sent bottles back ( I ordered 2) I got refund just for 1 bottle after few emails. I never got refund for 2 bottle, they said they never got it. "I spent hundreds of dollars on their products for my ill animal but when I received two differently named products WITH EXACTLY THE SAME INGREDIENTS a flaming red flag went up. That is not ethical of them to begin with. I called and their customer service was a contradiction in terms. There is *no* way I would buy two of the same exact product when their items are so expensive to start with. They would NOT work with me whatsoever. A reputable company 1) Would not label two products WITH EXACTLY THE SAME INGREDIENTS as two separate items WITH TWO SEPARATE purposes, 2) Customer Service wouldn't have given me the run around and a #$% of a lot of "word salad." They WILL NOT pay for shipping or even send you a return label, you must return it AT YOUR OWN COST!
I also found huge inconsistencies in the formulations I did receive and even took photos of the different colors of the same exact product and how some didn't even coagulate properly, they were disgusting and sticky as if they were old, old, old products. I did NOT feel comfortable giving questionable products to my already ailing animal.
I'm staying with Pet Alive and Vitality Sciences and will NEVER return to "Pet Wellbeing". I have shared this with our holistic vet, acupuncturist, and as many people as want to know. I am a senior citizen on a limited income, the life of my last pet is exceedingly precious and my resources stretch only so far. What these people are doing is a travesty and unconscionable.
I did end up sending ALL products back AT MY EXPENSE, I was disgusted with the company's treatment toward me, my worry about quality, and inconsistent formulas. What a waste of people's precious time and resources. I do not trust the glowing reviews on their website either.
Afterward I did find other similar reviews online, none of which, of course, are posted on their website which is another flaming red flag. Consider yourself warned. "
