I ordered 22 SEP 15 in afternoon from STL area and the automated email received several minutes later was dated 23 SEP which indicates they are located on the other side of the international date line (maybe Australia or New Zealand). The package received the morning of 30 SEP 15, (slightly less than 8 days between order and receipt), indicated that the package came via U.K. Royal Mail with a return address in Edinburgh. Heartgard+ looked identical to that purchased in USA. I will probably reorder from this company. "

It took almost a month to get here and I have some concern about the high temperatures the Heartgard may have been subjected to while it was in transit. It's suppose to be kept at a specific temperature range."
