They ripped me off $700

"I was excited to order a new high end set of grooming shears. When it was delivered each pair were unfastened & unwrapped one was open and loose in the case, leaving 2 pairs damaged. In addition two pairs were the wrong size so having purchased 8 1/2” set I received the 7 1/2” set ($50 difference). They attempted to dispute whether I actually received the wrong set and requested pictures of which I sent several showing comparisons of a 7 1/2” straight shears and 8 1/2”.
While waiting to resolve this I ordered several more Kenshii products and when my $409+ order was said to be delivered it was not left at the correct address and missing. After calling customer service 3X told someone would call back (never received one) they told me I needed to file a police report and they would not assist further in any way. How is this ok? There was no option to give detailed delivery instructions nor one that added insurance on my package. They were rude and not remorseful in every the smallest of ways. No “I’m so sorry this happened” So just got a: not only are you out $700 you also still need to purchase a new set of shears because they were never delivered but we totally sent em.
How is this ok?
I’m honestly outraged! Never will order from Petedge again and I suggest you don’t either.

"I saw a clipper on this site I wanted and it was posted to run for 2.5 hours, and when I called them to tell them it was 90 mins and I didn’t even get freaking instructions, and had to wait almost a week to hear back from them, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, "

"I placed an order here for two gallons of conditioner after 3 weeks it hadn't arrived I called they told me to wait two more weeks after that it canceled my order waited over a month for nothing"

Long time customer that sadly has to shop elsewhere..

"I am a dog groomer who has been grooming for close to 15 years. I have been using pet edge for most of my career, but recently I noticed the carelessness and bad customer service they have. I usually mostly order small items like blades and clippers, but recently I made some semi big purchases. I made a purchase over 500 dollars and they shipped in separate boxes which isn't a big deal. I received one box and thought the other one would come next day. When it didn't I contacted pet edge and they said that they shipped it off and ups told them it was left on my porch. My biggest problem with pet edge is the lack of care they have on the phone regarding there products and orders..which is there entire business. There was no package on my porch so the customer service woman "looked into it" Whenever you need actual up to date correspondence with these people you have to constantly call and check in or they wont do it. Sure enough I called back she hadn't even checked (this was a 250 dollar force dryer that was missing) and after going around with these people it turns out they found the box in the warehouse and they never even sent it off.

I made another purchase around the same time and after making the order found out one of the items was out of stock and back ordered and wouldn't arrive for 3 weeks. The website noted nowhere that the item was out of stock even after I hit order. I had to find out through email that I wasn't getting it for a month. I tried to cancel it and was going to purchase from somewhere else but couldn't for 3 weeks until it arrived from some warehouse to ship it back...which makes no sense just cancel the order. 3 weeks go by and I try cancelling it again and the woman says she will try contacting manufacture to halt the order. She told me to watch out for her email telling me about my order. I got no email, and when I called AGAIN a different person said there was no notes of any of this and she had to figure out what to do. Everyone in the call center is very rude and sound like they cant be bothered doing what they are supposed to do which is deal with orders and returns. I am going to ryans pet supply.

Petedge has horrible customer service

"I dont onow what has happened to petedge. They used to be all about making the customer happy. But, they **** at customer service, now and the supervisors even take up for the horrible employees actions. They've been this way for the last 5 years. I keep going back to them because I use their conditioner to condition dogs at my business. Its beyond time for me to find a new product. I wouldn't recommend petedge to my worst enemy. This is a warning to everyone that is thinking of buying from them. I wondered why they didn't have customer reviews on their website. Now, I know.

Lowest price gauranteed....right

"I ordered a couple products and it was below the $99 free shipping. It told me there was a $6.99 processing fee or something. I ,however, misunderstood that to be the shipping price. Unfortunately, when I checked out I missed the actual amount for shipping. They charged me $19 on a $25 order for shipping. As I'm aware that I should have paid more attention when checking out, I still feel it's a disgrace to charge that much for shipping. "

Absolutely horrible!! Will NEVER EVER order from Pet Edge AGAIN!!!

"Spent an hour making an order online, I get to check out and the screen froze and it was an error on their end. So I called and asked for help they said they couldn’t so I needed to place an order with Isaac on the phone. It took 2 HOURS!!! and it came to check out and he said their computer wouldn’t take the order and he said it will all go through on Monday and they would send me a confirmation. Yep no confirmation, so I called today to see if they could send me a confirmation. What do you know? They don’t have the order!!! I asked to speak to manager and they said I couldn’t and that the supervisor told her to take my order over the phone again. NO WAY!!
This situation happened to me before so that is why I am even more angry.

I ordered over 3000 dollars worth in equipment... 3 months later I received only half of it.

"My order was for a nice grooming table and stainless steel dog bath setup. Well they told me back in December that everything was good and my order was being shipped. 3 months later only the table arrived. I called support multiple times, which they were not able to find my order very easily. They told me they had lost the tub supplier in January and weren't going to send the tub. They never called me back to tell me this after they promised to find out what happened, I had to call and demand where my order was. They changed the bill without telling me to only include the table and charged me for that plus 350 dollars shipping.

1 Star for: not even attempting to get my order right, not letting me know that the tub wasn't shipped, and then giving me a hassle about it when only part of my order showed up. Plus they charged me an extra 50 dollars for curbside delivery on the shipping and that isn't something charged for is what I was told by the shipper.

Completey dissappointed!!!!

"As a business owner, I have waited 7 WEEKS for a clipped set to FINALLY call MYSELF to be told " oh we apolize but that set will no longer be available"....WHY offer that, assure me it's coming IN....as I wait & wait & wait...to find out by MY coming, nope not available????? Will NEVER do business with them EVER. Tacky!!!"

Lowest Garantee is not True

"The company advertises "guarantee our prices are the lowest." This is a BIG LIE. Poor customer service, contacted for the price match, told me to send an Email, said CAN NOT Price match. This is a False advertising. There are other company sales their items much lower than this company offer. Be Aware, I wasted my time to contact with this company."

"Products were backordered for months and the forgot to ship them out! They were delivered to the wrong house and products were missing. If I owned a business I would’ve been screwed out of my money for months with no product. Do not recommend. Terrible communication! Seemed like they didn’t want to sell me product it took over 5 months!! "

Going downhill

"I have been ordering from them for years...when i was just a groomer starting out, and now that i have my own shop. The past year i have seen a serious decline in products. Things that we loved are no longer available, or out of stock. I recently tried to order 2 new grooming arms for my tables. On their website it says free shipping over $150. Yet they wanted to charge $80 in shipping. I found the arms on amazon for less with free shipping!! I Recently purchased a bunch of wahl blades that were buy one get one free. The 30 blades didn't fit right under the wahl comb attachments. there was a gap that caused the blade to misalign and the comb to rattle. I had my manager call pet edge, and the customer service rep was so rude to him. She was like, "do you need someone to show you how to use them?" I've been grooming 14 years. Pretty sure i know how to use them. Ive since contacted wahl directly and I will not be dealing with pet edge ever again. They lost a good customer. There are way better grooming suppliers with nice customer service reps out there! "

Awful

"I have ordered something from here 3 different times. All times something has been wrong with my order. My last order-I ordered a purple dryer. Was sent a green and my card was charged for green and a purple. Called and had to pay 40$ to send the green one back. No refund for that. I ordered the purple over ten days ago and it's still not here. Called two days ago and they PROMISED it would be here today. Still not here and now my bills are going to be paid late because I can't do my job (grooming) so thanks a **** lot petedge! I'll never order anything from here again! "
