"I've been ordering pet medications since 2006 and they used to ship from Australia. Recently they outsourced their shipping to come from Hong Kong. Ordered $500 worth of pet medications in March and never received any shipping confirmation. Company kept telling me in emails they shipped my order but could never sent me a verification or any proof of shipping such as a tracking number. Finally had to file a credit card dispute and I'm hoping I get my money back. Do not recommend company. "

"We’ve bought Revolution for the past 3 years & never had an issue until 2019. The past 2 times buying Revolution for small dogs & heavier cats we noticed it wasn’t working. The first time we thought it might have been more fleas this year. So we ordered a year supply of both dog & cat Revolution. Didn’t work! So I dosed them again after 14 days instead of 30 & 4 out of 6 cats still have fleas & our JackChi who stays in the house except to go outside to take care of her business, has visible fleas! We bathe her every week. We bathed her AND sprayed her with Harte flea spray before applying Revolution because we’d been out at our Farm for several weeks & she had gotten fleas. Remember we had given her Revolution before that so she shouldn’t have. So we sprayed her & bathed her & applied Revolution twice in 14 days & it’s now 21 days since the first dose & 7 days since the 2nd dose. That’s 3 doses in 45 days! We NEVER had a problem with Revolution before this! We’ve ALWAYS Used Revolution on our animals because it works. Unless you buy it from Pet Shed in Australia! We think they are getting counterfeit Revolution from China or India & it isn’t the real thing. BEWARE OF BUYING FAKE FLEA MEDICATION FROM PET SHED! Rip-off! "My dog has always been flea & tick free. We spend a lot of time outdoors. I have found ticks on my kids and myself but never on doggo. Customer service is good. Shipping is a little long but I just plan for that and I am good."

"I’ve been buying from PS for over 5 yrs and happy despite sometimes slow delivery. However, this year my dog heart worm meds have not shown TWICE. Don’t know what to make of it. I used to speak w/Australian customer service and now from Malaysia. Definitely something has changed and not for the better. Reps from both countries appear efficient but there’s a serious disconnect somewhere."
"Ordered flea medicine for my cat a while ago. Still not here. Makes sense after reading all the reviews as it must be shipping from China. If I EVER receive it I won’t be using it because it’s probably a knock off medication. They don’t even require a vet prescription which is another red flag. I don’t trust it. "I've ordered my heartworm and flea medications from Petshed for years because it ships from Australia which I have always trusted. Just got confirmation that my items shipped from Hong Kong, the knock-off capital of the world. Not okay. Pedshed should have disclosed that my items were shipping from some place other than Australia which is where they have always shipped from in the past. Will be checking the bar codes carefully with the Heart Guard website to make sure my items are legit. Will not be ordering from Petshed again unless I am guaranteed my purchased items are coming from Australia. "

It takes a little extra time for things to arrive from different areas, so planning ahead and shopping smart makes all the difference in satisfaction rates. Check the prices - they can’t be beat where I live. But when I give the last dose I reorder right then. "
"I have purchased nex guard for the past 2 years for my 3 Yorkie's. Shipping might be slow, but its worth the wait, as well as the cost.

"Placed an order by phone. The same evening, someone in Australia tried to use my credit card at an Australian bar and grill called Vivo. I was notified by Amazon Visa. I called today to complain that someone on their staff is a thief--it was a young man with an Australian accent. I spoke with the person in charge (or so she said). She told me the brick and mortar store is in Australia but their customer service is in the Philippines and they ship their online purchases from Hong Kong!! She told me the man that took my order was with her at that moment and he's Filipino and they are in the Philippines, not Australia. So I told her someone is a thief because they stole my credit card number and tried using it at Vivo Bar & Grill in Australia. She said, "Oh, I'll tell upper management. That's all I can do." BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER FROM PETSHED. They may have lower prices, but your credit card information is being handled in at least 3 different countries; Australia, Philippines and China."
"Since they are located in Australia I always order from pet shed before I run out since it does take awhile to receive the order. The first order took longer to arrive but now I have no problems. Customer service was great!"
"I ordered Heartguard Plus from Pet Shed in August. They have an American flag on their website--so misleading from the get-go.
After not receiving the product, I called customer service. They explained that the product was on its way--from Australia. I had no idea; I obviously was duped by the American flag into thinking it was being shipped from another state.
The customer service agent assured me the product would be at my home in NC by September 26th. Of course, that date came and went. No product.
These people are complete frauds. The product was being shipped from Hong Kong, not Australia. So another lie.
I finally did get a refund out of them. And their caveat was that if the product ever did arrive, I could have it for a 50 percent discount.
Lol. As if! No Petshed, I will keep it for free IF it ever comes because you 1) lie and 2)you wasted my time . Nice try.
People, please stay away from this website.
