"I purchased two cat scratchers/loungers for my three cats through PetGuys. One arrived damaged, through no fault of PetGuys. I called the customer service number and was immediately greeted by a gentleman ... not a computerized message/menu. I explained my dilemma and was offered several options ... the entire issue was resolved very satisfactorily within minutes.

I am very pleased with my first PetGuys transaction and will definitely be back. My only regret is that I cannot rate them TEN stars !!

Customer service is 100% first rate. Superb.
The web site checkout is a bit flaky, as the shipping applet crapped out and would not load. It did remember my cart and contents, and went through the 2nd time.
