"Got sent the wrong dress. They wont rectify the mistake. Terrible, never ever again.

"I ordered a dress for the wedding. Arrived fast, without problem at customs. But the model arrived quite different from what appears in the website photos. It is made really badly, with poor materials, with the wires that come out. Among other things, I chose the option "Size customize" by paying 15$, but the dress arrived turns out to be 2 size larger than my measurements. Is a great disappointment! And I even cannot give it back! Unfortunately meanwhile my credit card was blocked by bank for the security reason. And customer service respond me that they can refund only at the same credit card. So I spent 105 euro (plus 30 for the tax) for the dress which go directly at garbage!"
