"Perfumestock's website was found by my son, and we ordered from them online. The first thing that I don't like in their process is that they posted several brands and kinds of perfumes but they don't have it on stock. Since I don't want to reject an order, I opted for other brands. Unluckily, all those brands I like was not on their stock. Finally, they substituted another brand, I accepted it, in order to push through with my other order. Another issue here is that they don't have enough people to "man" their customer service. Nobody would answer the phone, if you wanted to order on phone. Not only that, they had deducted my account so many times, resulting to an overdraft of my account. Could you imagine, 4 times they "entered" in my bank card number, my bank charges me 4 times too for overdraft cause there were not much money left on it. I emailed them, (that's the only way) you can contact them, no answers on the phone), but they say they reverted it, but only one reversion was made. And it's also too late because the bank already charges me 3 overdrafts. My main concern here is that I WILL NOT ANYMORE ORDER here. But then I don't want others too to experience what I have experience. It's so unfair for us whose money is just enough to cover our "small" luxurious purchase."
