"Ordered via web on 07/06.. received order receipt same day and then complete silence. No notifications or nothing.. I thought i'd give them the time but on July 16 i got anxious as i had planned to give the perfumes as a gift to my parents who were leaving on July 19!!

Gave them a call.. found the number on the website was incorrect, lady on the phone knew the situation and told me to get the new number from Help on their web page. I called.. got through and told them my predicament... they took my number and said i'd get a call back... no call back!

I called again next day and then they acknowledged there was some mixup and it would be shipped shortly. I received the shipping tracking number on July 18.. too late for it to arrive in time for my parents.. The tracking link opened up UPS but i later found out why it wasn't working.. it was USPS..

Anyway received the item and they had 'upgraded' one cologne to larger size and it came with complimentary T-shirt.. ah well they were trying i guess so it's ok..

I hope my experience was an anomaly and they are otherwise on time with their shipping and together with their business overall."
