"I bought a cologne online. After I opened the package, I saw the cologne was opened before and it didn't have the plastic wrap. I contacted the customer service, they told me I need to return it at my cost. Here is the email they sent me:

Thank you for contacting us. Our usual policy states that you can return any unopened item in it's original condition to any of our Perfumania stores or ship it to our warehouse within 30 days of your purchase.
In this case, since you received the product without plastic wrap, you may still return it.

If on the other hand you would like to ship the product back to us, please follow the instructions below:

"It is %100 illegal to mass market something that says Armani that is not Armani. This is a huge company with hundreds of stores nation wide. IF these were illegal fragrances, shouldnt Armani have taken action by now? These are great prices! I was so sick of getting **** raped by department stores!!! Dear Perfumania,
After nearly two weeks of receiving my very first order from you, I felt the need to send this letter.
I have been buying cologne online for many years. All my purchases have been made through Fragrancenet.com.
I decided to try your company for the first time. I spent nearly $60 on a bottle of Prada Amber.
There is no doubt in my mind that what you sent me is a grey market item that has possibly watered down.
I know colognes. Been wearing very expensive brands for many years.
This bottle has no strength. I can literally soak my neck with 8 sprays in the morning, get to work, and nobody can smell it on me.
My girlfriend can’t even smell it with that much of this bottles’ cologne applied to my neck area.
To have a return policy that says you can only return unopened items is understandable — but when clearly, someone like me buys an inferior version of a product — I am completely out of luck.
I am going to make it known on the Internet, through popular review sites, that my opinion is that you are selling grey market product that is not the strength of what the original product should be.

I then sprayed the colonge on 1 arm, and my own bottle on the other arm. Waited for a couple of mins, smelled it. They were both the same. Waited a little longer, smelled, THE SAME!!
In the end, I just want to give a positive review of my experience with PERFUMANIA and it was a great one. Thank you perfumania for such an awesome deal. I wish everybody else can have the same experience as I did. :)
