"I placed an order at PerformanceRotors.com on 2-26-2005 after searching the web for the best deal. Here I could get the part I wanted, painted and cross-drilled for less than many other online stores. Could not purchase brake pads for my vehicle here though, I had to go to another online store. Easy order, shipping is reasonable and I had to put in specifics about my car to ensure the right part was ordered.

On 3-9-2005 I received my package from PerformanceRotors.com. Only two of the four parts were correct. Called PerformanceRotors.com 3-9-2005 about wrong rotors. Talked with Kevin. After he spoke with a manager, I was told that a return shipping label would be sent and to repackage incorrect rotors, apply the label and drop off with any UPS contact. Replacement rotors would be sent only after they received the return package.

Called PerformanceRotors.com 3-17-2005 Spoke with Kevin again. Was told under no circumstances will additional rotors be sent until old ones are recieved. I had to provide credit card again to start correct order shipment.

3-18-2005 Recieved shipping label to send incorrect rotors back.

3-19 Repackaged incorrect rotors and shipped back to Performance Rotors.

3-28 Finally! I recieved the correct parts and my account was credited for the wrong parts.

I really like the products that I filally got, but even after verifying my vehicle on the order form, I still got the wrong parts. Their return policy stinks. If it is not the fault of the consumer then there should be some exceptions to their return policy! I don't think I will be ordering from this company again.
