"I bought a tool from this company on Amazon and when it arrived it came incomplete , missing parts that would basically render the tool unusable. So I returned it, unused and in the same condition, same boxes. Star Performance Parts took it upon themselves to to charge me a 50% restocking fee of $166. Then lied and said the tool was used and dirty, then took doctored pictures of a tool similar to the one I bought so they could charge me the restocking fee. Amazon is investigating their claim as well as mine. A company like this should never be allowed to sell on Amazon or any other site if they are going to be this dishonest. "
