"They sent me a cheap knockoff of what I ordered. Product title and description literally said "Ushio 1000318 ELC Replacement Bulb" but what I received was some other brand I never heard of. They even had the Ushio part number and UPC code in the product description. There are a ton of places selling cheap Ushio knockoffs, I chose this company because I wanted the actual Ushio brand. Oh well, lesson learned."
"Placed an order online on Nov. 30th and paid extra for 3-day shipping. Received confirmation and a note that I will receive tracking information very shortly when the order is shipped. 4 days go by and not a word from Performance Audio. So I decided to call to see what's the order status. The customer service rep said the drop shipper is not responding, and the rep promised to update me the next day on the status of the order. It's been 2 more days of waiting and hearing nothing from Performance Audio. During this period I sent an email requesting an order status update and as you may have guessed, no response whatsoever.
Do yourself a favor. Save yourself from the headaches and time wasted shopping at Performance Audio."
