"I was hesitant to order from here because of some negative reviews, but ended up doing it because I needed contacts ASAP and didn't have time to go to the eye doctor to renew my prescription.
I ordered them on Monday, needing them for Christmas (a week and a half away). They got here on Friday with no issue and they were way cheaper than anywhere else! This is also one of the only places that doesn't require a prescription before they send them (I know you should get your eyes checked every year, but I ran out of contacts and needed some to tide me over before my next eye doctor's visit).
With that being said, I only ordered 2 boxes of Acuvue Oasys (a pretty common brand) at a fairly regular strength, so your mileage may vary if you order a larger quantity or a non-common brand/strength.
On top of the great prices and fast shipping, they sent a Christmas Card/coupon with the package, which was a nice touch. Everything was nicely/tightly packaged and I couldn't be happier with my purchase from them. I will definitely order from them again (especially since I have a coupon to use!)"

"I ordered 4 boxes of Acuvue Oasys. Got the email saying they were shipped from their distribution center in Singapore on June 9th. I just got them today, June 16th. Glad I was home because I had to sign for them. The box says they came from Germany. I had checked this website prior to my purchase and saw the many reviews complaining of slow shipping. Thankfully that wasn't my experience. Hopefully more people will get their stuff quickly because the prices are fantastic!"

"This place is horrible, never, never, never again unless I have months and months to wait to receive my product. Can't get a reply on my order when I email (because you can't call, no number) customer service, the shipping shows it sitting in Germany for 3 weeks, when I complain it magically updated that it was sent to Denmark and there it has sat for a week. Almost a month and still nothing. It is certainly cheap pricing but there is a price to pay for cheap. I just hope I get them some day before my RX changes. "

After several emails stating that material was back ordered not once, but twice, it finally shipped and shipping is taking more than 1 week. As mentioned, we still have not received product, so I can't even provide a review on the material yet. As of today, I am very dissatisfied, and most likely will never use your site again. "
