"BEWARE! SCAMMERS!
Ordered an item shown as being in stock.
1 Week later it had not been delivered, so I phoned them. Was told only one member of their staff could help, and they would phone back. - Call was not returned.
2 days later I phoned again, same story.
3 days later I phoned again, same story.
Next day, I demanded to speak to the person, who was suddenly available. I was promised the item was in their warehouse, but they had to phone them to find out when it could be delivered. Again, was promised a return call in 30 mins. - Call was not returned.
This went on for a while before I got angry and gave them 1 day to confirm a delivery date or else cancel order. - Call not returned.
2 days later I phoned and got the "I will return your call" story again. This time I got angry and insisted the order be cancelled, which it was.
As per their request, I immediately emailed my account details so a refund could be made.
5 days later, no refund.
I telephoned again, they claimed I did not send them my details. So I resent them.
4 days later, same thing, details resent.
5 days later(which is at the time I am writing this), same thing. I asked Penta's sales rep to get a pen and paper and wite my deails down ,but she claimed she did not have a pen and paper.. She them hung up me when I asked her to not speak over me, which is behavior typical of every single phone conversation with Penta.
I have resent the details and presume I will have to call them again in a few days. Actually, now I think I will go directly to the department of consumer affairs.

Not one of the numerous promised return calls were ever made. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Worst online vendor I have ever encountered.

I only wish I had searched the net before placing order as I have found several other similar reports, and also reports of credit card fraud from Penta... "
