"I purchased multiple skeins of crochet thread. I tried returning them 1 week after I received them. I have been given the run-around for MONTHS, now they are claiming the return window is closed (I initiated a return in Feburary, it is now the end of MAY)!
This purchase was made through Walmart, and this seller is refusing to take responsibility for sending the wrong size thread."

"Pens N More is a seller on Newegg's Marketplace Site among other sites. Advertised 10pk Parker Jotter Black CT Ball Point Pens for $7.99. I was shipped 1 pen with no explanation as to why. Called Pens N More CSR and was told they would ship the missing 9 pens to me at N/C and email me a tracking number. Few hours later a supervisor called to say they were "out of stock" and could not ship the items Instead they would give me a credit for purchase price and let me keep the one pen free. After checking on the website, it turns out the supervisor LIED about the pens being out of stock. They re-listed the same item for a much higher price and items were definitely "In Stock" and ready to order. Called Newegg CSR Supervisor and relayed the entire story to him at which time he made good on the 9 missing pens and shipped them to me at no charge from Newegg's stock. Once again, Newegg saved the day!! not to mention saved the customer. I wish there was a way to make Pens N More pay for THEIR mistake not Newegg, but at least Newegg had the integrity to make it right "

I have only ordered twice from this company. I was hesitant about placing a second order, but believe that everyone has an off day occasionally. Such a mistake!
As with the first order, I never received an email confirmation and had to call them for an update. And like the first order, for some reason, my order "didn't make it into the system." Also like the first order, once the order was confirmed, I received an email telling me that one item was out of stock and offering a higher priced replacement -- classic bait and switch.
It took 3 weeks to receive the order. The packaging was torn and filthy. No packing list was included. Items were missing and not accounted for.
When I called the only customer service rep the company has (apparently), she was argumentative and belligerent that the company fault was not at fault. Perhaps my expectations were too high.
Check the return policy before you order. They charge a high restocking fee, * if the item is even returnable.
I will never do business with them again and would never recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and order from a reputable office supply company.

"Pens N More advertised " 12 Pilot Supreme Spotliter fluorescent orange pens" on EBay for $5.98. I ordered two sets, but received only 2 pens.
I contacted them and they said there was a mistake on EBay as to the amount of pens listed. Customer Service told me to keep the two pens and they would refund my EBay acct.
My MasterCard statement showed the charge, but no refund.
I contacted them again and received my refund today.
My complaint is that because Pens N More made the numerical posting mistake, they should have honored it and sold me the two sets of 12 pens."
"Use caution when purchasing from Pens n More. A quick Google search reveals the extent of it. A ton of reviews complaining of Fraud and/or Counterfeits.
