"I recently ordered a pen, an extra nib, and some ink from Pen Boutique's website. I received an email the next day telling me that the pen that I had ordered was out of stock and they did not know if or when it would be back in stock. The email offered to upsell me on a more expensive version of the pen instead. I wasn't interested, so I emailed back asking to cancel the order for the pen and extra nib since I could find it elsewhere, but that I would still like to get the ink. The next day I received another email stating that my entire order had been canceled, ink and all! I guess they didn't want my business after all. When I enquired as to why the whole order was canceled, I did not receive a response. Intentional or not, I felt like I was a victim of the ol' bait and switch. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on as there are other sites with much better customer service."
