"I ordered a pair of specs and received an email apologizing for the fact that the pair I selected was no longer available and asking me to choose an alternative pair. I gave Alyssa two suggestions and she replied immediately saying that they would be shipping both pairs to make up for the inconvenience. Two days later, there they were , priority mail.
