"Horrible experience this round. Associates were plentiful, but were talking to each other and not on the floor to help customers. The displays and clothes were a mess. I checked out and got 1/2 way home when I realized the security devise was still in my pants and had to return. Then I was all the way home and realized that the coupon I tried to use was not applied. Instead of trying to fix this over the phone or offering a credit, they requested I drive back for a 3rd time. Unacceptable! I will not be back for awhile."
