"Received my order broken. No one will respond to my request for a refund or even replacement. Paid a pretty penny for shipping. to have my ceramic items shopped in a 50 cent envelope. Which is probably why they were broken. As other costumers have stated they reship the items the same way, and yet again you receive them broken. Don't waste your money!
