"Had excellent prior experience with this company, so I ordered from them again. The results were disasterous. To summarize, one of the parts was DOA. They charged me $15 to ship a replacement, then sent the replacement to the billing address rather than the shipping address, and therefore no one was there to sign off for UPS, so it was returned. They charged me ANOTHER $15 and re-shipped it to the proper address, where it eventually arrived in working order. Further, upon calling their customer service phone number, I had a manager hang up on me twice (without me being rude). Will never do business with them again."

Picked them up at their office in Atlanta. I had priced them on Pricewatch and had them in my hand upon arrival. These were retail boxed items and there was no problem getting the price advertised. I was in and out in just a few minutes. (Just the way I like it) Excellent people to Deal with."
"This company has some really bad practices. I called them up and asked if they had a ABIT VP6 motherboard in stock, he said yes. I went to there location (that I got from there website) the next day and found out there store is really First Computer Systems Inc. I asked about PeachPc and she told me that they only receive their orders and it is a Internet only company. If I look at there websites, they are really the same (PeachPc and FCS). I asked about the motherboard and she made a call and a person came from the back and stated he had the board. He told me the price, I paid and he told me to go around to the back and pick it up. When I got it home and started looking at the board I found it covered in dust, three of the capacitors were puffed up and one of the zif sockets was cracked, there is no way to mount a fan on it. I took it back to a store that was closer to home (after finding out who they really are), he took one look at it and he was amazed that they sold it to me. He printed off a refund. Well I checked my account and wouldn’t you know it. I got charged. I would not recommend PeachPc or FCS"
