"I order online all the time with rarely a problem. This company was a problem since before I even received the product. I ordered a screen for a laptop and without even bothering to contact me, they sent a part that they thought was compatible. I received it and it would not work in my laptop. I then contacted their "support" and they told me "We have submitted your questiong to our engineer already, we will reply you within 24 hours."
No response was ever received. I filed a PayPal dispute and was told to return the screen for a refund. The worst thing I could've done was trusted them enough to not escalate the dispute and just wait for the refund. It has now been more than a month and still no refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact them on their website to ask if they have received the screen yet. They have not given me a single reply. Stay away from this company, they are garbage.
To the owner, I hope this review was worth the $170 you scammed me out of. I will never be doing business here again!"

They sell you items listed as "Brand New" and they are unfortunately used. I ordered some hinges for a Dell C400 and they had witness marks from the old computer they took them from!
Filed the dispute and won. Items come from Hong Kong and didn't realize it until I hit the "send payment" button.
