"Ordered a bench scale from them on 7/2013. Upon assembly, the indicator would not calibrate. They tried over the phone to help, but no luck. Told us to send the indicator back for them to look at it. Have not heard back from them and they will not return calls or emails.
Have to order new indicator at $125. BS"
