Walmart contacted paydeals and they responded back stating that the package is delayed due to weather. 1-5-23 checked again and still usps doesn’t have the package. In doing some research. I found out. Paydeal is a fake name. The actual business is cos phone llc in union NJ. Package was being mailed from Texas. In further research. Cos phones is temporary closed. Contacted Walmart about my order and informed them of this. Got a full refund. Better research on sellers is needed. This is a reseller of items. Used and doubt new. For all over the world. Watch who you buy from "

"I ordered a Nokia wireless charger, it was supposed to be a new bulk item. I just received it today and it was scratched up. I looked on the bottom of it and it stated "DT-910 Display unit only - NOT for resell". I can definitely relate to all the other comments about them selling used merchandise as new. I just wish I read them before I ordered it from them. Update- After contacting the company they sent out another one. This time it was the correct product.

"Paydeals is, hands down, the best deals site out there. I've had plenty of bad experiences with places such as Dailysteals (not shipping my item for a month and not responding to emails) but Paydeals went above and beyond. I ordered a Power Skin Battery Pack for my iPhone, and firstly, the price was fantastic. When the package arrived, I was disappointed to find that they had sent the wrong case. What made it even worse was that I was about to leave for Germany, and I had been hoping to have a battery case for the flight.
I reached out to Paydeals via email, explaining the situation, and about a day later, when they hadn't responded, I posted on their Facebook page. They responded quickly, and indicated that not only had they received my email, but they had already shipped the replacement (correct) item! The next day, I received a prepaid shipping label to ship the incorrect item back, and THAT SAME DAY my replacement case arrived. The item was supposed to be refurbished but what I received was new in box! The item works great and I'm incredibly happy with my purchase. Not only did they expedite the shipping of the correct item to get it to me before I left, but they shipped it to me and it arrived before even asking for the other item back (most places will refuse to ship out the new one until the old one has been returned).
My experience with Paydeals has been incredibly positive. The original shipping problem was a slight annoyance, but they dealt with it incredibly professionally and in a manner that indicates that they really care about their customers. Paydeals is a very young company, and a newcomer to the daily deals scene, but it seems like they're determined to stand out in a positive way. I have no qualms about buying from them again, and I attribute the small problems I have to a small, new company trying to get on their feet.

they had another sale for the keyboards, they refused to send it out.
Then they had Jawbone Jamboxes for half price. I ordered 6. The next day they removed the deal and never once contacted me about what they were doing. I asked them where the items were, they said they were "investigating."
yeah right. they have an option to ship to multiple addresses, they clearly aren't giving the real deal on that. They emailed me after OVER A WEEK and said "sorry, can't do it, we'll give you your money when we get it back"

"I ordered a couple Nokia DT-900 wireless charging pads. They were advertised as brand new. When I received them, one worked and one did not. I contacted PayDeals and they promptly sent me a replacement (though did not notify me of the replacement shipping until until after I contacted them about a week later to inquire). The replacement is clearly not new. It is either used, open box, possibly refurb. I know this because the original factory seal was broken, there was dust in the box, the cable was not wound correctly, and there were marks, smudges, and scratches on the device itself. I emailed about this and was offered a $5 credit. Although it does work, I am frustrated with the misleading/false advertising. The shopping experience was positive and customer support prompt, but I will not likely order from them again due to their lack of integrity. "
