"My trust in Pawmark.com has been destroyed. Very disappointed by my purchase. I ordered Herm Sprenger prong collars (which are humane and of the best quality) and was sent a cheap, off-brand version. These off-brand versions can and do harm dogs as they are not made properly like the Sprengers.

I will never order from Pawmark again. Unacceptable vendor integrity."
