"I ordered the Offset Umbrella with Mosquito Netting - Taupe ($349.99). Shipping time and customer service were great BUT the product was severely defective and dangerous.

Plastic fittings were cracked or broken and the frame tubing was bent. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement for the whole thing.

That one also had defects but not as severe as the first one. BUT...when it was installed it leaked terribly and even became dangerous...

What was supposed to keep it stable, a lever, malfuntioned and the whole umbrella moved and detached from the base. It was only held in place by a cord and hovered over our neighbors patio where there were children playing.

After a couple of calls I was reimbursed my money and was told to dispose of both umbrellas as it would cost them so much to return.

I received a packing slip to return the cover I also ordered and was reimbursed for that as well. "
