"I ordered two umbrellas and two stands, July 2014. Their description for the stands read "Weather resistant with a Durable Powder Coated finish to prevent rust and corrosion and Anti Rust primed " After two years the stands are rusted and ruined. I sent photos, contacted PatioShoppers and they dismissed me by saying I could buy rust spray and paint them. They said I lived too close to the beach. I live 15 min. away and do not have fog or salt air .My umbrellas did not corrode so their salt air excuse did not make sense. BEWARE of PatioShoppers and their service after purchase."

"I ordered a cantilever umbrella from patioshoppers.com ($458). The umbrella was drop shipped from the manufacturer. It came without instructions, missing a pole support as well as a small hole in the fabric.
Speaking to someone in customer service is a joke. I had to use the online live chat. I explained my problem and emailed photos. Their solution is to email the manufacturer. They finally called the manufacturer during the online chat. Apparently the manufacturer has not addressed the problem yet. Patioshoppers' solution is for me to be patient while they try to resolve the issue. Thus far, they are unwilling to send a replacement. They have my money and I have a nonfunctional umbrella. I requested a prepaid return shipping label as well as a refund. Thus far, no luck.

"I recently ordered the 36" Fiber Optic Fireworks Ornament Tree and was not disappointed. It has beautiful color bulbs and ends of branches shimmer. The Star on top is frosting on the cake.
I feared it would not plump up properly, but with little adjustment of branches it is a real showpiece. I appreciated the practically no assembly and the sturdy, attractive base goes well with it. It lights up the entire room and even my usually unimpressed husband was entranced. Great buy!"
