"WARNING...If you value your original documents I would not send them to this company. They did have a quick turn around in the agreed upon time frame. However when they sent back my original documents which included a very difficult to replace Certificate of Citizenship they were all ruined beyond repair. Their response was to balme Fed Ex and not the way or envelope they sent the documents in but the passport was fine it was in a plastic zip lock bag. Buyer beware I will never use this company again and will try to warn others"

"Visa express Sucks! don't waste your time or your money. A bunch of rude uncaring and unprofessionally workers in the Houston airport. They cost me over $1200.00 in chage fees, and cancellations fees due to a rude worker name Iris in the houston office. I sent them a money order for $300,00 they said I was $5.00 short so they held up the mailing process for $5.00 knowing that it was cutting it close to my departure date, I ask Iris at the DALLAS office if i need to change to an expedited shipping she saId no! Well guess waht it was a problem. I didn't make my flight because the visa came too late! Then when I tried to contact Toni Chow he wouldn't acknowledge my emails. After several attempts I just gave up trying to warning him about his incompetant employees! I guess he really doesen't give a hoot either.......I'd never use them again!"
"This is my first time using the service and I am already annoyed. How can you call a service "Express" and not have live agents available on weekends via the phone, which seems to be the case? I have almost completed my visa application for China and just need guidance on 1 or 2 items. But if I can't get answers today (Saturday AM) it means a 2-day delay in sending out the package and possibly a higher fee for your business due to tight deadlines. If phone support is only available during business hours, the web site does not make that clear."
