Melanie is the best!

"When my $4 order of raffle tickets said "out of stock" I was devastated. My job depended on these raffle tickets, and was a necessity that could not be easily replaced. While on the brink of a nervous breakdown, I called customer service and was greeted by Melanie. She assured me that she will get this order taken care of, even if she had to hike over the Eastern Sierras to deliver them. Melanie worked tireless hours to ensure that my order will arrive in a timely manner. Thank you Melanie, without you, my customer's would be drinking an endless amount of alcoholic drinks without any method of limiting them. You are a savior! "

cheap price but explains cheap product

"I ordered 5 rolls of magenta smile ticket rolls for school fundraiser. The colors were not uniform color and one of the rolls had some tickets dangling off and not in place, not sure if missing tickets. I emailed them about this and no response. I should have stuck with Oriental Trading who has better customer service. "

Beware

"This companies policies is to charge you everything they can even if you refuse the order at the door. If your package comes with multiple items in it and one item is broken you will be charged for return shipping and a restocking fee for everything else in the returned order, less the broken item. The way they package everything there will sure to be something broken when it gets to you. So no matter what, they plan to get much more than they are entitled to. The item in question in my order was in a see through bag, so there is no way the packager could not have seen it. Considering what is was, it had to be packaged that way, that is what is so frustrating. If I could have, of course they would not have gotten any stars. So if you are thinking about ordering from, Party Supplies Delivered, don’t. Save yourself the headache. Unfortunately what I need was hard to find on line. I should have improvised. It turned out the item in guestion was junk anyway, sorry to say. Thanks!

Mask Heaven

"Orders a variety of masks online and I loved them. They were shipped in separate orders and somehow I lost my receipts. I called in and was helped by Melanie, who managed to get all my invoices back to me even though I ordered in February. Super happy with her and the company. Will order again."

Highly Dissapointment and Cheated out of 45$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Stores like this are the main reason I HATE making purchases online. I purchased some masquerade masks and they weren't at all as pictured, they were flimsy and would only fit if I had the size head of a 2 year old. I returned them within 3 days after opening 2 packs 1 to see how they fit and the other pack to see if they would also fit the same way, it was a box of "supposedly 50" I only took 2 packs out the box and she's going to call me and there was only 48 in the box?! OK?!?! I don't want those mask why would I keep just 2? Why would I waste my time sending them back (18$) for shipping?! So in return of spending 25$ for the mask and 18$ and something to return them I'm out of over 40$ and still have no mask! Wouldn't recommend. Their customer service ****. "

3 Months to Deliver Order

"This place is horrible! On 8/6 I ordered 5 items, all in stock. I got a confirmation email which stated the order was in process and could not be changed or cancelled, then later in the day another email arrived showing that two items were out of stock and would ship 1 - 2 weeks. I ordered these items to decorate baskets for a 10/7/17 charity auction. Then I heard nothing. Weeks went by and I forgot about the order and then one day remembered I was waiting for these items. I went back through emails and saw no update notifications. Checked my junk mail and there was one from a place called US-Mattress.com. which was actually another email from partysuppliesdelivered.com. Why would they send an email under a totally strange address? Probably so it would drop into junk mail and because the message said that the back ordered items were now due on 9/22. And that they would not ship anything on the order until everything was in stock. 9/22 was still within my window, so I waited. The 10/7 auction came and went, I was out of town for the following two weeks, then left for our vacation house (which is the address I'd used for delivery of this order). And on 10/24 my order was delivered . . . nice. No shipping advice email (although they say they will send one), no tracking info (they also say they will send this). Oh, and two of the items I received are not what I ordered. This place has horrible customer service, deceitful practices, non-existent communication and they can't even get the order correct after almost 3 months. I have no use for this junk now, it's all going to the Goodwill. Don't order from this company, you will regret it."

"This day and time dealing with customer service individuals and their companies is not always a pleasant experience.
Although we initially had a shipping problem; Shirley was so pleasant and even brought her manager onboard to make
sure that my issue was handled to my satisfaction. Shirley and her manager are great representatives of this company

Ran into a problem and Niketa made it go away!

"We're having a Christmas-in-July party, so we ordered Santa hats...in July. We quickly got an email saying that the hats were back-ordered until September...no use to us. I phoned into their Customer Service and was lucky enough to get Niketa...she perfectly and politely handled my cancellation. All my internet experiences should be this well managed."
