"I have an HP Laser Color printer that takes 4 cartridges. New they cost over $300. I found Partsmart on-line and the four cartridges came to less than $100. I was VERY skeptical to say the least. I did some homework and decided to buy. I was super impressed with the packaging and delivery. Very professional. On installing the cartridges there were black lines on my printouts and I couldn't get rid of them so I called. They said they would send a new black cartridge with no hassle on my part. They sent it two-day delivery. I have installed it and it works great! I am very, very pleased and impressed with this company and their products and will use them in the future and happily promote them."
