"Buyer beware! Bought 42”Crystal Chandelier Fan, with Remote for $239. Had it professionally installed. The fan rocks back and forth and makes a knocking sound. My contractor/electrician could not find a way to correct the problem. I contacted Parrot Uncle asking for help. They sent me a useless email saying "the pin" was not tight. I called a different electrician who took it completely down and reinstalled it. Same exact problem. I sent several emails to Parrot Uncle Service dept. with no response back. It’s obviously defective. I will never buy this company’s products again."
