"Crooks of the worse kind.......I purchased a power trailor dolly from this company for $1200.00......This item was returned to this company after 3 days...Item was still new when returned.....I only tried to use the item for 10 min then realized that the item could not work for me.......This company deducted $480.00 from my full refund of $1200.00 and told me that the $480.00 was for shipping and package handling.......This is total BS and ripoff, I need my full refund of $1200.00, for this item was returned without any defect and new in box....This company and its people are crooks of the worse kind...."
