Had my AC Compressor replaced earlier this month (6/16/23) due to failure. The fan motor on the system became very loud over the next few weeks. Called Parker and Sons (6/27/23) to come check it out. Cody was sent to my home to make it right - and make it right is what he did! Cody is very friendly, professional and as I found out extremely competent. Cody not only corrected (leveled) the noisy system but also leveled my other system as well. Cody gave both systems a check out when finished. Both systems are now very quiet and operating as intended. This is the type of service I am not used to getting in this day and age! Cody is the type of Service Technician that separates Parker and Sons from the others in this industry! "
